Elena Fontana thinks her job is one of the best in the world: building bridges between people is her mission. She has been working at the International office of the University of Pavia for 20 years, supporting and implementing Erasmus Mobility and global partnerships. Open minded, critical and innovative she is currently Head of the International Marketing and Recruitment team at the University of Pavia, Italy.
