For a productive conference experience, tickets can only be booked by representatives of universities and other higher education institutions (HEIs) as well as governmental agencies.
We expect up to 65 guests joining us. If you are interested in joining with more than 2 colleagues from your university, please contact us directly. Also, if you represent a service provider or other type of organisation and would like to attend, please get in touch.
Ticket prices include 20% Austrian VAT and an invoice will be sent to you automatically after purchase.

We are planning the event with diligence, and are fully confident that the conference can take place as planned. Nonetheless, the past two and a half years taught us to prepare for surprises, so here’s our refund policy: If the event cannot take place at all, you will receive a full refund on your ticket purchase. If the event should have to be moved to a different date at which neither you nor a colleague can attend, you will also receive a full refund if you let us know when we announce the new date. If you cannot attend e.g. because of illness, you can transfer the ticket to a colleague at your organisation (but please inform us in advance).
